We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to manage our parts sourcing and supply chain operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source and procure vehicle parts from local and international suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and lead times
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Use ERP systems to track orders, stock, and procurement data
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
- Ensure parts availability to support workshop operations without delays
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of all vehicle parts categories and supplier networks
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Partsouq, RockAuto, and Tecalliance
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
